Long-Term Waterproofing

Roofs and gutters are your building’s first line of defence against the elements. Whether you’re managing a commercial facility, agricultural structure, or residential property, long-term waterproofing is essential to prevent leaks, rust, and moisture damage.

Harsh Australian conditions demand more than a temporary fix—they require a robust waterproofing system that can flex with temperature fluctuations, withstand prolonged UV exposure, and protect against structural deterioration.

At LRM Products, we specialise in commercial roof waterproofing systems engineered for a wide range of roof types and guttering configurations. From box gutters and parapets to metal or composite panel roofs, our flexible, liquid-applied membranes form a continuous, watertight seal designed for performance and reliability.

Built for Australia's roofs

We manufacture waterproofing solutions that are ideal for:

Factory

Commercial & Industrial Roofs

Warehouses, factories, retail facilities, and office buildings.

Rain

Domestic
Roofs

Houses, multi-unit dwellings, and renovations.

Gutter

Box Gutters & Flashings

Creating seamless seals in complex drainage areas.

Barn

Agricultural
Roofs

Sheds, barns, and other farm structures exposed to high levels of moisture and environmental stress.

Our membranes are UV-stable and highly flexible, enabling them to bridge joints and accommodate structural movement across dissimilar materials, such as metal roofing and concrete parapets.
We have a range of products to ensure strong adhesion to a wide range of substrates including Colorbond, galvanised steel, concrete, tile, slate, fibre cement sheet, and timber.

ROOF & GUTTER Commercial Roof Waterproofing

Flexibility

Performance-Driven Waterproofing

With high elongation and excellent UV resistance, our waterproofing membranes are designed to handle the expansion, contraction, and movement common to roof and gutter systems.

VersEseal Rapid Build and VersEseal Quick Set provide a flexible and durable waterproofing layer that is UV stable and suitable as a final finish where heat or aesthetics are not a concern.

In applications where appearance or surface temperature are key considerations, the system can be finished with VersEseal Top Coat or VersEseal TopGrip, both available in any Colorbond® colour, to enhance protection and visual integration.

For added slip resistance in serviceable areas, VersEseal TopGrip can also be used to achieve an AS4586:2013 P5 grip rating.
